Kathy McMannis
Kathy McMannis formed Spotlight Home Inspection in 2010 after 10 years managing construction crews on home renovation projects. Kathy has inspected thousands of homes and commercial buildings in southern Illinois, saving many clients from significant financial loss. She holds a certified master designation issued by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified home Inspectors). Kathy lives in Carbondale with her husband, Dale, and their granddaughter and spends all the free time she has with her family.
